Thanks for your participation in the Conference Programme of EAGE GET 2026.

Keynote Speakers
Invited Speaker Registration
All speakers need to be registered for the conference. As an invited speaker you can choose from the below options:
- One-Day Registration: Complimentary (for the day of your presentation)
- Full Conference Registration: Discounted Speaker Fee at € 670
Keynote Presentation Format
Keynote presenters will each have *40 minutes for their presentation (unless otherwise advised):
- Introduction
- 35 minutes for Presentation
- 5 minutes for Q&A
A template for your slides will be provided closer to date.
Please use the following naming convention: LAST NAME_Paper Title.pptx, LAST NAME_Paper Title.pdf
To update the title of your keynote presentation contact us.
*The exact duration of a keynote presentation may vary depending on the technical conference programme
Speaker Bio and Photo
Send us your photo and short bio to be used for the online agenda and speaker introduction.
Technical details
- Slide presentations should be uploaded via the link provided closer to the event
- Alternatively, you may bring your presentation on a USB to be uploaded directly in the room where your presentation will take place
Strategic Session / PANEL DISCUSSION

- One-Day Registration: Complimentary
- Full Conference (3-Days) Registration: Discounted speaker fee at € 670
Strategic Session Format
- There are several strategic sessions with varying formats at the conference.
- More information about the format for each strategic session will be shared with you soon.
Your moderator may have asked you to address a specific topic; contact us if you need more information.

Send us your photo and short bio to be used for the online agenda and speaker introduction.

- You should arrive at the room 20 mins before the start of your session to arrange your mic setup with the in-room technician.

Please note that EAGE is not able to cover costs related to travel or accommodation related to your attendance to GET2026.
